We are building the tool we always wished existed when we needed to find something in a document.
Our mission
Every professional team has the same problem: the answer to the question they need is somewhere in a document. It might be a contract, an employee handbook, a financial report, or a technical spec. But finding it requires either remembering exactly where to look or spending 20 minutes searching.
Docutrix exists to fix that. We believe that every team member should be able to ask a plain-language question and get an accurate, cited answer — in seconds. Not a guess. Not a summary. A cited answer with a link to the exact source page.
Why privacy first
The documents that organisations most need to query are also their most sensitive: contracts, financial reports, HR policies, M&A materials. That is why we built Docutrix with complete data isolation from day one. Your documents are never mixed with another customer's data, never used to train AI models, and can optionally never leave your own infrastructure.

Our approach to AI
We are sceptical of AI systems that generate answers without showing their work. The most dangerous AI output is a confident-sounding answer that is subtly wrong. That is why every Docutrix answer includes a citation to the source document and page — so your team can verify before they act.
We also believe that AI tools for professional work need to understand the domain they are working in. Our industry context modes are built to give teams more accurate answers for the documents they actually work with.
